Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in South Kalimantan in October 2018 was 58.12 percent, up 0.07 points compared to the September 2018 TPK which was 58.05 percent. Compared to the October 2017 TPK of 57.18 percent, the October 2018 TPK rose by 0.94 points.

Average Length of Stay (RTLM) of foreign and domestic (domestic) guests in star hotels in October 2018 is 1.59 nights, down 0.24 nights. When compared to the same period of the previous year, which was October 2017 which amounted to 1.76 nights, the RTLM in October 2018 decreased by 0.17 nights.

The number of air transport passengers departing through the airport in South Kalimantan during October 2018 was 179,440 people, up 12.19 percent from last month. The number of passengers arriving through the airport in South Kalimantan during October 2018 was 182,952 people, up 4.84 percent compared to September 2018.
