Abstract

The value of exports of South Kalimantan in July 2014 to reach US $ 661.90 million, down 3.25 percent compared to exports in June 2014 which was US $ 684.16 million and up 0.60 per cent when compared with the value of exports in July 2013, which reached $ 657, 95 million.

The main contributor to the group's biggest export item of South Kalimantan in July 2014 based on code Harmonized System (HS) 2 digits are mineral fuels (HS 27) with US $ 533.34 million, followed by fats and oils of animal / vegetable (HS 15) with US $ 98.29 million and the group of wood and products of wood (HS 44) with US $ 16.27 million.

Main export destination countries of South Kalimantan in July 2014 was to India with US $ 180.69 million, China with US $ 163.72 million and Japan with US $ 82.68 million.

The value of imports of South Kalimantan in July 2014 for US $ 213.14 million, up 6.59 percent compared to imports in June 2014 were at US $ 199.95 million, while the value of imports compared to the month of July 2013 decreased by 44.24 percent while the value reached US $ 382.25 million.
