On February 20th, Indonesian Workers' Day (Herpekindo) is celebrated annually. It began with the birth of the All-Indonesian Labor Federation (FBSI) which declared it as a historical milestone for Indonesian workers.

The purpose of FBSI is to realize the aspirations of workers spread across various companies.
