Public Service Standards
(SPP) forms as the guide for organizing quality, easy, fastly, measurable and
affordable public services so that they become a reference for assessing
services provided by organizers/agencies among stakeholders. To ensure that
public services run well, service providers can do several things such as:
imposing sanctions on implementers who violate service standards, evaluating
implementer performance, conducting public satisfaction surveys and inviting
practitioners to be heard in order to get suggestions and criticisms. For this
reason, on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was held
to discuss Public Service Standards (SPP) at the BPS of Banjarmasin City in the
Brown Hall of the BPS of Banjarmasin City. This FGD was attended by
stakeholders including: Head of SKPD Service, Representatives from the private
sector, banking and students. On this occasion, the signing of the minutes of
the Public Service Standards (SPP) understanding was also carried out as an
understanding of joint commitment to improving public services at the BPS of
Banjarmasin City.
