As one of survey which is held by Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), a survey called Survey Data Needed (SKD) is a survey to identified the needed of costumer satisfied to increase the data quality in costumer services. The respondents of SKD come to PST directly and and also online through whatsapp, e-mail, letters , website and also the statistics consultation through online. The result of SKD provided in the publication “Analysis The Result of , SKD (Data Need Survey) Volume : 6^th, 2024 contains the characteristics costumer analysis, data needed analysis, the satisfied data analysis and services unit analysis.Analysis is completed in the form of Costumer Satisfied Index (IKK).
