The Implementation of Agricultural Census 2023

Started from today until July 31, 2023, BPS Statistics Indonesia helds Agricultural Census 2023 (ST 2023) all over in Indonesia. The Agricultural Census conducted every 10 years in the year ending of number 3 as the mandated of UU No. 16 of 1997 about Statistics and concerned to (FAO) Food and Agriculture Organization.

In his supported for the implementation of ST 2023, President joko Widodo stated “I am supporting the Implementation of ST 2023 to produce the accurate agricultural, up to date and reliable data”.

The aims of ST 2023 to provide the agricultural structure data, especially of the smallest administrative units, provide data that can be used as a benchmark for current agricultural statistics, and provide a sampling frame for agricultural survey. ST 2023 also register the perpetrator of Agricultural Business in Indonesia.

Please accept the census officers at your home around June 1 – July 31, 2023. Let’s together recording Indonesia Agricultural for food sovereignty and the welfare.
